A basal thermometer measures your temperature to .1 degree Fahrenheit, a little bit more precise than a fever thermometer. You can find them at most drug stores. It's a little time consuming, but you only have to do it once. (This is a feature we intend to improve on the next release of BBTchart.) A range of 36.1 to 37.15 would be approximately the same range as what we have on the chart for Fahrenheit. There are a couple of ways to do this. One is to start at the top with a .15, .10, .05, 37, .95, .90, etc. working your way down to a 10 for 36.1 C at the bottom.
